Description

Lost Kingdom Adventure is an interactive dark ride, based on the 'Adventurers' Lego series, sold between 1998 and 2003. Riders go through scenes which are themed in an ancient Egyptian style, in the way Egypt is depicted by the Lego sets. They can shoot targets that are hidden among the decorations.

History

Various Legoland parks have a dark ride based on the 'Adventurers' theme, that can be devided in two seperate dark rides: Lost Kingdom Adventure (2008) and Templet (2010).

Lost Kingdom Adventure was designed by Sally Dark Rides. Four installations were built in Legoland California (2008), Legoland Windsor (called 'Laser Raiders', 2009), Legoland Florida (2011) and Legoland Malaysia (2012).

Templet differs in ride system and scenery and was not designed by Sally Dark Rides. Versions of Templet were built in Legoland Billund (2010), Legoland Deutschland (as Temple X-pedition, 2013), Legoland Dubai (as Lost Kingdom Adventure, 2016) and Legoland Japan (as Lost Kingdom Adventure, 2017)
