Description
It's A Small World was a dark ride that was designed by Walt Disney and Walt Disney Imagineering for the Pepsi-pavilion on the New York World's Fair. The ride took visitors along several scenes that showed children from all over the world, singing the famous Sherman Brothers-song "It's A Small World (After All)". Proximly ten million visitors rode It's A Small World on the World's Fair and proceeds were donated to UNICEF.
History
It's a Small World was such a success on the World's Fair that Disney decided to relocate the ride to Disneyland and re-opened it in 1966.
