Description
Tomb Blaster is an interactive dark ride in ancient Egyptian theme, where riders go on a dangerous expedition through crypts, shooting mummies and other monsters along the way.
History
The ride system of Tomb Blaster was build in 1987 for a dark ride called The 5th Dimension. This dark ride got rethemed to Terror Tomb, a horror ride, in 1994. Terror Tomb was rethemed to the more family-friendly Tomb Blaster in 2002, adding the interactive part of the ride. Many of the Terror Tomb decorations still exist in Tomb Blaster.
