Hogwarts Express

The Hogwarts Express is based on the Wizarding World, the universe from J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter books. The ride links Hogsmeade, the Harry Potter-area in Universal's Islands of Adventure, with the train station in the Diagon Alley-area in Universal Studios Florida. The ride is only accessible for visitors with a hopper ticket, who can visit both parks.

The ride is based on the train journey that students at Hogwarts School of Wizardry take every year to get to their school. It features two storylines: one for a journey from London to Hogwarts, and one for the inverse journey. Riders sit in their compartment and see videos experience the journey through screens in the place of the compartment's windows.
