Family Entertainment Centre operator PrimeTime Amusements and Triotech have announced a new attraction for the brand new Elev8 Fun FEC in Tampa (Florida, USA). The centre will contain an interactive theatre amongst a line-up of several arcade games.
PrimeTime Amusements is an American company that trades in arcade equipment, such as video games, pinball machines and ticket machines. The company also operates several bowling alleys and two family entertainment centres in Florida: Elev8 Fun in Sandford and Xtreme Action Park in Fort Lauderdale. For 2023, the Elev8 Fun brand is expanding with two new locations in Tampa and Jensen Beach.
PrimeTime Amusements and manufacturer Triotech have announced to add a XD Dark Ride interactive theatre (along with a VR Storm-simulator) to its line up of attractions. “We wanted anchor attractions for our new FEC in Tampa and of course we thought of Triotech for the reliability and earnings track record of their media-based simulators. The XD Dark Ride and the VR Storm™ offer solid value and are highly appreciated by our visitors” said PrimeTime Amusements CEO David Goldfarb in a press-release.
The XD Dark Ride is not new for PrimeTime Amusements, as one of these installations is already present in Xtreme Action Park. The two companies announced that they will upgrade that attraction from 8 to 16 players: “It’s always rewarding to see clients coming back to install our products in their new locations while expanding,” said Yannick Gemme, Vice-President Sales & Marketing for Triotech, “2023 should be a very promising and successful year.”
Elev8 Fun Tampa is scheduled to open in March 2023 and will be located in the Citrus Park Mall.
