Description
Mystery River had a generic fantasy style. Guests would pass by various figures including a witch, dragon and wizard. The soundtrack was that of Deliberate Thought by Kevin MacLeod.
History
Mystery River replaced Unendliche Geschichte when the park transitioned from Warner Bros. Movie World to Movie Park Germany. Mystery River reused the ride system and large parts of the theming. Some of the original theming of the NeverEnding Story was just slightly edited, such as the giant Rock Biter and Gmork monster. In 2018, the ride received another change in theme and became Excalibur - Secrets of the Dark Forest.
