Verlies des Grauens

Verlies des Grauens is a Vekoma Madhouse, located in the themed area of 'Insel der Ritter' (Island of Knights) and thus has a medieval theme. It is a smaller, 40 seats version and is built in the cellar of a castle through and next to which the roller coaster Drachenritt runs.

It tells the story of an evil wizard, Der Schwarzen Sheriff (The Black Sheriff), who desires more power. He steals the magic crystal of the good wizard Merlin. When guests enter the main show, where a dragon lives also, Merlin sees no other option than to defeat him. A battle ensues, causing the room to rotate, Der Schwarzen Sheriff ultimately facing his demise.

"Verlies des Grauens" is German for "Dungeon of Horror".
