Pirate's Den

This attraction has a circuiitous history - theming and ride vehicles opened at Salisbury Beach in the 1970s as "Jolly Roger" before being sold to Mountain Park in Holyoke, MA to be opened as "Pirate's Den". In 1987, Mountain Park closed, and the theming for this attraction returned to Salisbury Beach to be retrofitted into Witch Castle, creating a new "Pirate's Den" dark ride. The ride was rethemed again from Pirates to a generic horror theme for 1999. The facade of the building is still present in Salisbury Beach.
