Description
This interactive boat ride is themed to a mine which is owned by rats. It is located underneath the historic 'Rutschebanen' roller coaster.
"Minen" is Danish for "The Mine".
History
Baljebanen was likely originally opened in the 50s or 60s. It was known under many names including Atlantis, 1001 Nat (1001 Nights) and Tubs Ahoy in the 90s. It is unknown whether and how the ride system was updated during these overhauls. It opened as Minen in 2003.
