    Description

The Haunted House was a large haunted dark ride. The ride used a bespoke ride system developed by Mack, using variable speed cars that could load endlessly in the station but separate and travel individually through the ride.

    History

The attraction was designed & built by the Sparks Group and the park development led by John Wardley. The ride received numerous alterations through its lifetime.

For the 2003 season, the ride was rethemed to Duel - The Haunted House Strikes Back with a zombie theme overlay and interactive shooting game. The final scene was replaced with a new scene set in a cellar along with several changes to the rest the ride.
