A couple years prior to the opening of NeuroGen, Walibi Holland opened a haunted house called 'The Clinic', that is only opened during their Halloween event 'Halloween Fright Nights' in October. NeuroGen is a spin-off from 'The Clinic', although it is not set in a horror theme.
NeuroGen has a required age of 16 for its riders, due to its content in the audiovisual media.
