This is Holland will be receiving a sister-attraction in Dublin, Ireland under the name This is Ireland. The original in Amsterdam, Netherlands lets guests experience two pre-shows featuring an historic overview of the country and a fly over various landscapes in a Flying Theatre. Now This is Holland’s parent company This is City Attractions will be giving Ireland the same treatment, establishing a series of This is-rides in the meanwhile.

According to an article by Dublin Live, construction of the attraction will cost €18.1 million, €10 million of which will be paid by Failte Ireland, the National Tourism Development Authority. Multiple (pre)shows and of course the main Flying Theatre, likely to be constructed by Brogent Technologies again, have been confirmed to be part of the investment. This is Ireland will be built in the northern part of the capital city. An opening date has not been announced yet.
