Description
Wild Arctic was a simulator ride that took riders on a flight over Antarctica.
The ride system featured four simulators.
History
Wild Arctic was closed to make way for the new Arctic Rescue-rollercoaster.
Wild Arctic was a retheme of the former Mission: Bermuda Triangle-simulator. That simulator was copy of a ride by the same name in SeaWorld Orlando (1992-1995). The Orlando version was rethemed to Wild Arctic (1995-2020), two years prior to the San Diego version.
Rethemed versions:
- Mission: Bermuda Triangle (1994-1997)
- Wild Arctic (1997-2020)
