Description
Mission: Bermuda Triangle was a simulator that took riders into the ocean to discover the mysteries of the Bermuda Triangle. The pre-show featured news anchor Hugh Downs, the main show featured a voice over by actor Robert Stack.
The ride system featured four simulators.
History
Mission: Bermuda Triangle was built in the last year before the acquisition of the park by Six Flags Inc. It remained operating after the rebranding of the park to Six Flags Worlds of Fun, until it finally closed in 2004.
Mission: Bermuda Triangle was a copy of rides by the same name in SeaWorld Orlando (1992-1995) and SeaWorld San Diego (1994-1997). It opened three years after the closure of the last previous versions.
