Description
The story of Merlin's Magic Castle is about the wizard Merlin. During a pre-show, he disputes with his owl and eventually asks guests to follow him to another room for a special experiment.
The ride features Dutch-Italian actor Beppe Costa (1956) as Merlin.
History
The area around Merlin's Magic Castle was originally called 'Sherwood Forrest'. For the 2019 season, the area was rethemed to 'Wilderness'. Merlin's Magic Castle got graffiti styled paintings on its walls to fit in with this new area. The interior of the ride, including it's storyline and pre-show, were however not changed.
