Description
Geisterbahn zum Roten Adler is a classic ghost train spanning 2 floors. The top floor features a balcony outside.
''Geisterbahn zum Roten Adler'' is German for ''Ghost Train to the Red Eagle''. The name refers to the red eagle on the roof of the tower on the left.
It costs €4,50 to ride.
History
Geisterbahn zum Roten Adler was originally called the 'Illusionsbahn' (Illusion Train), and presumably opened in 1951. In 1956 the name was changed to the current one and the red eagle was added onto (at the time) the right tower. Over the years, more decorations were added to the exterior, like the large monster at the right tower.
