The last of three new Legoland Discovery Centres will open today in Scheveningen (The Hague – The Netherlands). The centre will be similar to many other Legoland Discovery Centres around the world and features a dark ride called “Fantasie Express” (Imagination Express).
All Legoland Discovery Centres feature a small interactive dark ride. Most of them contain a Kingdom Quest ride (in medieval theme), but newer centers contain an Imagination Express. Both rides were designed by Merlin Magic Making and developed by Alterface and ETF Ride Systems. Audiovisual media for the ride was developed by Threshold Animation Studios. The centre in Philadelphia was the first to recieve the new Imagination Express version. This version in Scheveningen is the 5th installation of this type.
