The construction on Jumanji: the Adventure at Italy’s Gardaland is progressing steadily. The park posted a video on their social media to give an update about the ride. This video showcases the Jumanji characters discovering the ride vehicle and ends with the opening date; April 2, 2022.
The vehicles are multi motion, capable of spinning and tilting, simulating the movement you would get when riding through the thick jungle. This vehicle will guide the guests on a quest that includes hazards, audio and video effects and much more. The manufacturer of the ride vehicles hasn’t been revealed at this point.
The ride will utilize twelve of these vehicles to traverse the track, which is located in the building of the former Ramses: Il Risveglio dark ride. The video shows that the exterior of this former ride seems to have been untouched, but it is currently unknown if it will stay that way.
