Yesterday marked the start of the presure test fase of the new Universal Beijing Resort. For the first time external guests are allowed to visit the soon to open park. Today an onride of their iteration of the Jurassic World Adventure ride appeared on Bilibili, a chinese video sharing platform.

Universal Beijing Resort is the third resort to open outside the US, following Universal Studios Japan and Universal Studios Singapore. The park was announced on October 13th, 2014 and construction began just over two years later. The park was supposed to open in 2020, but due to several reasons this was pushed back to 2021. The resort occupies an area of roughly 150 hectares and includes two hotels. One third of the park’s attractions are themed to Chinese culture, while the rest are themed to well know Universal IP’s such as Harry Potter, Transformers, Minions and Jurasic World.

The Jurasic World Isa Nublar area of the park consists of two mayor attractions. A Mack Rides inverted powered coaster such as Arthur and Dragon Gliders called Jurassic Flyers and a tracked darkride using a ride system simular to Amazing adventures of Spider-Man and Transformers called Jurassic World Adventure. Today an onride of this last ride, together with several photos poped up on the Chinese socials media platforms Weibo and Bilibili.

Not much is know about the ride at the moment. The official site tells the following: “Climb aboard our revolutionary All-Terrain Luxury Autonomous System (A.T.L.A.S.) and journey into the heart of Jurassic World Isla Nublar for close encounters with all of your favorite dinosaurs on an unforgettable Jurassic World Adventure. “
