From the 1st of July, the largest theme park in Qatar will open its doors to the public. Doha Quest is a 3 ha indoor park which has been under construction since 2015. From tomorrow the park opens its doors for a soft-opening, which means that some rides might not be available on every day. Along with 4 roller coasters and an indoor shot&drop-tower, the park also contains two show rides: a flying theatre and a motion simulator.

The flying theatre was constructed by Dynamic Attractions. During the ride, which is called Wings of Destiny, riders meet the eccentric inventor Firnas and his bird Flap. Together with these characters riders step aboard Firnas’ newest invention, a flying time machine, for an adventurous ride through time. The theatre is equipped with 3D hardware, and is the first installation of a 3D Flying Theatre by Dynamic Attractions.

Another show ride in the park is the motion simulator Legend of the Golden Oryx. The manufacturer of this ride is unfortunately unknownat this time. Riders join other magical oryxes on a quest to find to find the golden oryx.
